Studying world religions helps most people with their spiritual development. What stands out amongst all religions is the tenets of Love. While old school religion and texts can be quite punishing, there is a new school in most religions which discuss the power of unconditional love. Perhaps we are all here to learn just that, unconditional love. We go through varying rites of passage which serve to broaden our perspectives, soften our prejudice, and evolve our personal cosmologies. Most adults have attended public or private schools during their formative years. Whether or not they have receive the information and practice they need to live fulfilling lives is another story. Jesus is a role model for unconditional love. This is why His story is so revered. Christians are historically known for their loving kindness. It’s important to go beyond the dogma, and feel the essence of Christ Consciousness.
